shadow people & time shifts

I see what I call shadow people and within the last couple of years have learned that they seem to be forewarning me of something negative coming in my life or those of loved ones. A few example are: they were always around then my daughter got diagnosised with a brain tumor and they left. They were around again recently and a new spot showed on her MRI. I don't fear them or feel threatened simply notice them around my home frequently then something happens in my life and they are gone....

Yeah you heard me right Stone Giants.
Personnaly I have never come across anything gianty in native american litterature or folklore that I read. I havent read tons of it so I cant be sure but regardless thats what I saw.
Im tempting to say meh, why not but I'm curious to see if anyone else as come across it.
