Living your Warrior Woman

I was wondering if anyone has tips on living your warrior woman without being a jerk?
How to be assertive and protect the fort, without attacking or losing the plot?

I've found this balance only on a couple occasions.
They had to do with prayer, lovingkindness, and opening sacred space.
I also think (this is silly) that Cesar Milan does his warrior well in The Dog Whisperer...when he goes into that calm assertive state.
For me, it is very hard to be calm when...

It is occurring to me, that in my journey, I bind my wild woman up pretty thoroughly.
I can't ever remember reading a story about the Wild Woman...the feral woman...although I get to see glimpses of her in what has been called the Dark Feminine by my teachers...

I'm thinking I need to unbind the wilder side of my nature...and I'm not sure how to even begin, as she is pretty much an unknown to my conscious experience (which I now am experiencing as kind of sad)....

I took Sandrabears advice in a reading and am working with tea tree oil to clear some things out, and now horehound to thin my lymphatic secretions to try to clear out those clogs. So far I have been able to keep my muscles relaxed enough that I can now handle the lactic acid build ups and get them to clear out. I use a detox tea that has burdock root in it among other things and that helps on other levels.
